Our Founder

Carson O’Neill is the Founder & Managing Principal of Rincroft Inc. which has facilitated the sale of more than 50 family held business across Canada.  

Prior to forming the company, he served as Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Canada for a U.S. multinational healthcare company. As CEO, Carson has also lead two mid-sized companies through profitable expansion. 

As a part time faculty member, Carson set up Small Business Management Programs at McGill and Laurier Universities. He has also contributed with succession planning articles to the Globe & Mail Report on Business, Zoomer Magazine and The Exchange Magazine. 

Carson has served on the boards of both publicly held and privately held companies in the consumer products, health care and environmental sustainability industries.

A regular speaker on how to manage the divestiture process, Carson has just completed a book for business owners – The Road to Enterprise Value will be released in paperback and e-book version in the first half of 2023.
