We are a boutique operation which only works on several mandates at any given time. We have been in business more than 15 years and provide two essential services for the owners of medium-sized businesses:

• We facilitate the sale of businesses with annual profits of $1 million or greater. Our role is to manage the divestiture process while our clients, the owners, run the business so it is as strong as it can possibly be through the closure.
• We also advise owners on how to build sustainable value even if they have no immediate plans to sell.

Through referrals from existing clients, our company has completed the sale of more than 50 family-owned businesses, worth over $300 million, in a variety of industries across Canada.
